Our free monthly event open to the public every second Tuesday: NETWORKING ALOUD: A WRITERS OPEN MIKE. Come early & sign up for a five to seven minute reading from any genre: prose, screenplay, poetry & essay that follows 15 minutes from a featured published reader. We applaud one another, no critique allowed. Bring your work in progress, we want to hear your VOICE.

Networking Aloud

A monthly event (every second Tuesday) open to the public.  Fifteen to twenty minutes from a featured reader followed by a literary open mic. Come early and sign up for a five to seven minute reading from any genre: prose, screenplay, poetry, essay etc.
 This month’s featured writer is Ayaz Pirani. He was born in Tanzania. His degree is from Vermont College of Fine Arts, where he was a student of the late Jack Myers. His first book, Happy You Are Here, was published in 2016 and his poem ‘African Masks’ was recently featured in Poem in Your Pocket Day by the Academy of American Poets.
