George Lober is the author of two books of poetry Shift of Light and A Bridge to There. His poems have appeared in numerous journals and e-zines, including the former Eclectic Literary Forum; MiPoesias; Lily; Sage; Quarry West; The Sandhill Review; The Porter Gulch Review, and The Monterey Poetry Review. He is a former winner of the Ruth Cable Memorial Prize for Poetry and currently lives in Monterey, California.
Carolyn Brigit Flynn’s poetry collection, Communion: In Praise of the Sacred Earth was published in 2014. She is the editor of Sisters Singing: Blessings, Prayers, Art, Songs, Poetry and Sacred Stories by Women, and The New Story: Creation Myths for Our Times, and has just completed a memoir, The Light of Ordinary Days, about contemporary and ancient Ireland. Her work has appeared in Calyx: A Journal of Art and Literature by Women, The Pedestal Magazine, Porter Gulch Review, Black Buzzard Review, Intimate Kisses: The Poetry of Sexual Pleasure, Inside Grief, Santa Cruz Sentinel, and New to North America. She teaches writing groups and writing retreats called Writing to Feed the Soul in Santa Cruz and in Ireland.
